Relatively flat route with mostly asphalted paths but attractive sections. Only the descent to Rohr consists of overgrown meadow paths which can be tiring when taken as a climb. For unexperienced cyclist it is recommended to take the route anticlockwise! Preferably you start the route at the train station in Blankenheim-Wald and take the connection to the route.

Parking lots are available in Blankenheim, Tondorf and at the B 51 north of Mülheim.
