Up and down it goes over the Dreiborner plateaus and through the steep valleys along the creeks. Technically and regarding the physical fitness this route is moderately demanding, so it is suited for trained mountain bikers. In between you pass steeper sections and singletrails with beautiful views into the Schafbachtal valley. Steep descents over forest paths help to get your pulse up.

Parking lots are availablein Schleiden or at the Raptor Center in Hellenthal.
