A long but fairly easy route which can be divided into two smaller routes between Kalenberg and the Pflugberg. eine easy route around Mechernich and a moderate one beginning at Kall. Most of the time this route is on asphalted path so your bike stays clean but from Mechernich over the Bleiberg up to the Pflugberg you take loose paths along the edge of the woods. The shortcut towards the west offers a nice descent at the southern edge of the woods to Kalenberg.

The complete route can be started from the train stations in Kall and Mechernich or from the big parking lots in the Kommerner Mühlenpark (close to the LVR open air museum).
