On partially bumpy forest and overgrown meadow paths you have to master a lot of steep climbs. This route has the most trails and is challenging even for experienced mountain bikers.

Parking lots are available in Hellenthal, Blumenthal, Dommersbach, at the Wildenburg or in Reifferscheid.
